Support the Plans for Land at the Western End of Hampden Road (reference number: HGY/2016/1573)

Fairview New Homes has submitted a planning application to the London Borough of Haringey to redevelop land at the western end of Hampden Road, adjacent to Hornsey Railway Station.

The application will provide for:

• 174 new homes, distributed between two buildings ranging in height from 4 to 14 storeys.
• A mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes, including the provision of affordable housing.
• 52 car parking spaces at surface and undercroft level; 10% will have electric recharging stations and 10% will be disabled.
• 160 sqm of flexible B1 floorspace.
• Specially designed children’s play space.
• Open space through the site, opening up views of the New River from Hampden Road.
